This report is prepared on the basis of different types of reports collected from the units and
central team on the prescribed formats for reporting also an evaluation held at the central
level with unit heads and other project staff. Apart from this the report is based on personal
contact, group discussions and observations by the central project team during monitoring
visits to the fields. The relevant data is collated by the PME section. The documents submitted
to central team by unit staff, verified by the PME section and the experience of the project
coordinator in guiding the work are the basis of the report.
