24 YRCs have enthusiastically celebrated Independence Day on 15th August 2017 in their respective panchayats. Hundreds of youths along with the local people participated.
On this pleasing occasion YRC members had organised different activities/ competitions and programs to celebrate the day where they had invited the local PRI members, block and district authorities as guests and chief guests. Approximately 1300 youths along with 300 community people had participated in 24 YRCs.
All the winners of the competitions were honoured with prizes during the function. Its expenditures were met by youth contribution and BDVS contribution. Few more details can be seen in the following table and photographs.
