There was a Unit level Panchayat Raj Training conducted in Barbigha on 16th September with 42 participants, in Jhajha (Jamui district) on 12th and 13th September with 35 participants, in Patori (Samastipur district) on 30th August with 48 participants and in Barh (Patna district) on 13th and 14th September with 35 participants.

The topics discussed were Panchayat Raj system and community development, Gram Sabha, role of youths in Gram Sabha, Gram Panchayat, role of Mukhiya and other PRI members and role of youth groups in Panchayat development process.

The methodologies of the program were presentations, audio-visual, group discussion and group presentation.
