Unit level planning meeting of YRC leaders and members has been conducted in all 5 units.
Each month YRC leaders participate in the central level review/ planning meeting where they discuss and plan the upcoming events or programs and understand the objectives of the same.
They come back to their respective panchayats and sit together with the other YRC members to discuss about the plans. This is followed by participation in the unit level planning/meeting and discussion on the plan details such as budget, strategies etc. step by step. They decide who shall be the chief guest or resource person and so on.
