A three day residential training was conducted at BDVS administrative office as part of sustaining the ongoing campaign for the right to education.

BDVS had been giving a helping hand to empower the Dalit Communities in Bihar therefore it had organised a personality development campaign for the third batch of youth. They were from 4 units Barbigha, Haveli Kharagpur, Samastipur and JhaJha. There were 35 candidates. The training was conducted from 16 th November to 18 th November.

Dr (Fr). Anto Joseph SJ the director of BDVS, Fr. Joe Kootinal and Fr Sushil conducted this workshop. The general objective of this campaign was to enhance self-awareness, self-confidence and self-esteem.
