In the month of August 2017 competency and motivational training was organised at BDVS administrative office. It was a 15 days of training which was conducted from 16th to 31st August.

This training saw 48 participants. They are school children from 6th to 9th standard. All the children are from different villages such as Khagaria, Nirpur, Ramuniya Kharadhar, Ramuniya Purvi and Keshavnagar.

In this training the participants are being made to do advance mathematics including addition, subtraction, LCM, HCF, Profit and Loss, Fraction, Percentage, Algebra and Equation. In English they are mainly focussing on reading and grammar part.



The main objective of the training are:
To make them competent in Maths and English
To motivate children to excel in academics.
Develop leadership quality in children.

The training is comparatively good because the participants are interacting and are able to understand what ever being taught and the students who are weak are getting special attention by the teachers so that they can be mainstreamed to the other children after some time.
