Capacity Building Training for Ambedkar Prerna Dal Animators

Bihar Dalit Vikas Samiti has been focusing on quality education and it has been working to support the marginalized children. It understands the need of assessing and evaluating their work and tries to improve every passing year.

For this, BDVS conducted a capacity building training program for Ambedkar Prerna Dal animators recently on 19th and 20th of July in BDVS administrative office, Patna. Training program had five animators from different districts. 1 animator from areas of Jamui, Shekhpura, Patna, Munger and Samastipur each were the trainee for the capacity building in this training.

The training was facilitated by Sinayi Nayak, program coordinator and Rajkumar staff of BDVS on quality enhancement of animators for children of Ambedkar Prerna Dal. They discussed on effective possible ways and techniques.

These animators are supposed to communicate, train and teach the children of Ambedkar Prerna Dal. For the effective communication with these children training was given to these 5 animators.

The training’s objective was to ease the work of animators with these poor children who are already enrolled in schools. This training was given to help the animators with more efficiency in upcoming projects to motivate further.
