TOT Workshop

'Training of Trainers' workshop was held for three days from 7th February to 9th February. Thirty five participants from states of Bihar, Delhi, Uttrakhand, Gujarat and Maharashtra Lok Manch participated in it. After the evaluation of exposure visit done on 5th and 6th March the TOT workshop began with the briefing of Training of Trainers objectives. Fr. Sunny and Mr. Vijaybhai facilitated the training workshop.

This TOT workshop aimed to develop highly trained and highly confident professional and key trainers who will be equipped to impart training effectively across the organizations.

The deliverables of the workshop was working with a selection of the modules, to train and equip Lok Manch Leaders with the skills required for conducting training programmes, to promote an understanding of how trainers learn and develop, to explore the relationship between process and content when planning training programmes for community, to evaluate and adapt, for the local context, training materials, to provide the theoretical underpinning that will support development programmes, looking in particular at three of the training modules - the Facilitator’s guide, developing Skills and the issue based materials. This covers Knowledge, skills and perception of capacity building and to adapt, plan and take back the outline and materials for training programmes to be delivered in community or Lok Manch leaders

Training concluded with discussion on Lok Manch sustainability plans.
