Campaign to submit the applications of suitable candidates for welfare schemes has been successfully organised in three different units of Bihar Dalit Vikas Samiti such as Barbigha, Jhajha and Patory.

BDVS realized that rural people should know the exact process of receiving the benefits of a welfare scheme. Addressing the congregation all the unit heads explained the need of demonstrating the process and importance of accessing government welfare schemes.

Approximately 200 applications were submitted to the different block offices with the required documents and appropriate forms. People along with their documents came to one fixed place and marched toward block offices. There they collected the forms related to the relevant government scheme and filled them up . Later after a cross check by unit heads the forms were submitted.

We hope this would bring some good fruits for the betterment of the society. Many youth leaders along with women learnt the process.
